Annual consultation: All monthly subscription packages (Essential, Plus, Premium, Tax Individual, Tax Couple) include one free consultation per year.

3. TERM, RENEWAL, AND PRICE LOCK

The initial term of this Agreement is twenty-four (24) months from the date of Client's first payment ("Initial Term").

Price lock: The monthly fee for Client's selected package is locked for the full 24-month Initial Term and will not increase during that period.

Minimum commitment: Client commits to a minimum of twelve (12) months. After the first 12 months, Client may cancel this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice (for example, notice given during month 11 to end at month 12). If Client cancels under this provision, any tax returns for the current year will be completed, and the engagement will end.

After the Initial Term, Client chooses one of the following:

- Option A — Month-to-month: The Agreement continues month-to-month at the then-current rates. Either party may end it with thirty (30) days' written notice.

- Option B — Renew for 24 months: Client may renew for another full 24-month term at a rate equal to their current monthly fee plus five percent (5%), locked for the entire renewal term with no further increases. (Example: a client paying $39.99/month renews at $41.99/month, locked for 24 months.)

If Client does not select an option before the Initial Term ends, the Agreement continues under Option A (month-to-month) by default.

4. FEES, BILLING, AND NO-REFUND POLICY

Please read this section carefully before signing.

- Fees are billed monthly in advance via automatic payment through our payment processor (Stripe).

- All fees are non-refundable. By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees that all amounts paid are final. There are no refunds for any reason, including early cancellation.

- If Client cancels or stops using the services before the end of the minimum 12-month commitment, Client forfeits all amounts already paid but owes nothing further — no remaining balance will be charged.

- Declined or failed payments: If a monthly payment fails, Company will attempt to notify Client. Services may be suspended until payment is brought current. Client remains responsible for fees during any suspension period.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

- Provide complete and accurate financial records, receipts, bank statements, and other documentation reasonably requested by Company, in a timely manner.

- Grant Company appropriate access to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), bank feeds, and related systems as needed to perform the services.

- Review financial reports provided by Company and notify Company promptly of any errors or discrepancies.

- Designate one point of contact for communications regarding the engagement.

Company's ability to perform depends on Client's timely cooperation. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information are Client's responsibility.

6. SCOPE LIMITATIONS

- Company does not provide legal advice, investment advice, or insurance advice.

- Tax preparation services, where included, cover the preparation of returns based on information provided by Client. Client is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of their tax returns.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Company will hold all non-public Client financial information in strict confidence and will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services (e.g., to tax authorities when filing returns on Client's behalf).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Client acknowledges that Company's services are based on information provided by Client, and Company is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate Client-provided data.

9. TERMINATION

- During the first 12 months (minimum commitment period), Client may stop the subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for amounts paid, and no further balance will be owed, consistent with Section 4.

- After the first 12 months, either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice.

- Company may terminate immediately for non-payment or for Client's material breach of this Agreement.

- Upon termination, Company will provide Client's books and records in their current state within thirty (30) days, provided all outstanding fees are paid. For tax clients cancelling after month 12, any tax returns for the current year will be completed before the engagement ends.
